We have all the length available in our bodies...all we need to do is to take away the restrictions to it.’
Once we have an understanding of the tensional and compressional balances that spiral and weave around the joints and through our entire bodies, a quality of movement occurs that comes from our internal spatial awareness rather than our trying to attain some elusive quality in our practice.
Through experience, functional anatomy, partner work, discussion and visuals we will explore the depths of this interesting practice.
All workshops run from 10.30 to 4.30, in Mortimer Hall, Old Marston, Oxford OX3 0PH
